Sociello was founded by Mehul Shyam in Thiruvananthapuram in May 2023. We started as a local marketing agency, creating content and marketing for restaurants and cafés.
As we worked with more clients, our focus grew beyond hospitality. Today, we serve service-based and professional businesses—including medical marketing clients—across India.
We’ve also moved into YouTube backend operations, helping creators around the world with the work behind their channels. Across every service, our focus is the same: serve clients with care and help them build toward stronger business and more revenue.

Mehul started Sociello while he was an engineering student. What began with just Mehul has grown into an expanding team, united by a hands-on approach to client work.
His engineering studies at Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, in Thiruvananthapuram sit alongside an entrepreneurial instinct: understand the problem, take ownership and keep working until the details are right.
Mehul believes clients deserve a partner who cares about the outcome as much as the work itself. He and the team are ready to go the extra mile—listening closely, adapting to each brief and doing everything they can to serve clients at their best.
